Guarantees & Refund Policy

At Axis Referral, we stand firmly behind the quality of our referrals and the success of our partner agents. To ensure complete transparency, we offer a structured set of guarantees and policies designed to protect our agents while promoting accountability and results.


1. Closing Guarantee

We guarantee our clients a successful closing within 6 months of working with Axis Referral, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The agent actively engages with every referral we provide.

  • Timely follow-up is made with each referral, demonstrating consistent effort to close.

  • Updates are regularly shared with Axis Referral regarding referral progress and client communication.

  • The agent works toward closing deals in good faith and does not disregard or waste referrals provided.

If these conditions are met and no referral closes within the 6-month timeline, the agent may qualify for our Money-Back Guarantee (see below).


2. Money-Back Guarantee

Our Money-Back Guarantee is designed to protect agents who make genuine efforts but are unable to close a referral due to circumstances beyond their control. Agents may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Effort Requirement: The agent has contacted and attempted to work each referral at least 6–8 times within the given timeframe.

  • Reporting Requirement: The agent has provided timely updates to Axis Referral regarding referral status and communication.

  • Lead Quality Requirement: Referrals sent by Axis Referral show genuine lack of intent to buy or sell.

  • Replacement Policy: If Axis Referral fails to replace a non-responsive lead within 45 days of being reported.

  • Threshold Condition: If Axis Referral delivers 10 consecutive leads that are either non-responsive, disconnected, or invalid.


3. Refund Policy

  • Upfront Fee: The initial upfront fee is dedicated to the agent’s personalized marketing campaigns and is non-refundable.

  • Lead Delivery Guarantee: If Axis Referral fails to provide any leads within 90 days of the account setup, the agent may request a refund.

  • Refund Basis: Refunds will be processed either in full or on a pro-rata basis, depending on the agent’s account status and activity.

  • Refund Process: To request a refund or cancellation, agents must email cancel@axisreferral.com with their account details and supporting documentation.


Important Notes

  • All refund and guarantee claims are subject to review of the agent’s follow-up logs, updates, and activity records.

  • Refunds and guarantees do not apply if the agent fails to follow up consistently, disregards referrals, or fails to communicate updates with Axis Referral.

  • Axis Referral reserves the right to amend these policies with prior notice to ensure fairness and accountability.
