We reserve the right to make changes to this Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time and for any reason. You will be informed of any updates by the revised “Last Updated” date appearing on this page. Any changes or modifications become effective immediately upon being posted on the Axis Referral website, and by continuing to use the site, you acknowledge and accept those updates.

Agents or brokers may request a refund of their initial membership fee by sending an email with the subject line “Refund Request” and providing a valid reason for opting out to:

Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (“Policy”) outlines the conditions under which a refund may be considered for membership fees associated with your agreement with Axis Referral.
Please note: Membership fees paid for our services are non-refundable. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and success.
If any issues arise, Axis Referral will first work to improve service quality and deliver the promised value. If no leads are provided within 90 days, you may request a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances. This is subject to our internal investigation process, which includes:
Reviewing service activity and communication records
Contacting leads (if applicable) to verify engagement
Confirming that no leads were delivered during the 90-day period
However, if leads have been provided and the agent/broker fails to respond or provide timely feedback on those leads, no refund will be issued. Consistent communication is essential for assessing lead outcomes.
Eligibility & Request Process
Failure to Provide Leads
If Axis Referral fails to deliver leads, the agent/broker must first send a formal reminder requesting the leads. If Axis Referral does not provide the leads within 30 days of the reminder, the agent/broker may then submit a refund request.
Issues with Lead Exclusivity or Engagement
If any issues described in Sections 2–5 occur, the agent/broker must notify Axis Referral within 48 hours of receiving the lead(s) by submitting a written report and supporting evidence. If Axis Referral does not resolve the issue or replace the lead(s) within 60 days of receiving the report, the agent/broker may submit a refund request.
Lead Replacement
Axis Referral will make every reasonable effort to replace any leads that do not meet the conditions of the Referral Agreement. If a replacement lead is not provided within 60 days of the report, the agent/broker may proceed with a refund request.
Timely Reporting Requirement
To be considered valid, refund requests must be accompanied by lead-related concerns (e.g., non-responsiveness, non-exclusivity, or engagement issues) reported within 24 hours of receiving the lead(s).
Failure to notify Axis Referral within this timeframe will result in the lead(s) being deemed acceptable, and no refund or replacement will be processed.
Refund Processing Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@axisreferral.com and must satisfy one or more of the conditions stated above.
Note: Change-of-mind cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
Axis Referral requires up to 45 days after receiving a request to complete the investigation process. During this period, we may contact leads directly to verify activity and gather status updates before finalizing any refund under the Money-Back Guarantee.
Under no circumstances will refunds exceed the amount paid for your Membership Fee during the most recent membership term.
Referral Revenue & Coverage
Agents and brokers should note that Axis Referral reserves the right to receive any referral-related revenue generated from leads sent through the platform. This applies even if the agent or broker opts out of the program while the referral remains under the 24-month coverage period. Axis Referral will continue to receive referral fees as outlined in the agent/broker plan agreement.

To cancel your referral service agreement, please complete the Service Cancellation Form in full and submit it via email to:
