Payment & Cancellation
We reserve the right to make changes to this Payment & Cancellation Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Payment & Cancellation Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Payment & Cancellation Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification.
Compensation.
Subscriber agrees to pay membership fees to Axis Referral to join its network platform and pay for each accepted lead OR Closed lead, Depending on the plans you choose, for any services of any and all transactions.
Membership Fee depends on the plan you choose:
Basic Plan; Pay Per Lead OR Referral Fee: Agent/Broker(s) agrees to pay a $339 / $99 on Open Enrollment – Annual membership fee along with $15 per lead OR 20% Referral fee on the referrals accepted/closed.
Professional Plan; Pay Per Lead OR Referral Fee: Agent/Broker(s) agrees to pay a $597 / $169 on Open Enrollment – Annual membership fee along with $40 per lead OR 20% Referral fee on the referrals accepted/closed.
Business Plan; Pay Per Lead OR Referral Fee: Agent/Broker(s) agrees to pay a $1797 / $399 on Open Enrollment – Annual membership fee along with $60 per lead OR 15% Referral fee on the referrals accepted/closed.
Open Enrollment Notice:
Axis Referral, on it’s 5th Year Anniversary, has officially rolled out the Open Enrollment all across the US and Canada which includes the following payment and cancellation conditions:
Agent/Broker can opt out of the open enrollment for the first 6 to 8 Months of their program usage.
Membership fees charged would be for a Year of services to the Agent/Broker, If an Agent/Broker closes a deal on any of our referrals provided, Their services will be extended for another 12 Months without any membership fees to be paid.
If the Agent/Broker does not close any referral provided by the Axis Referral and wishes to continue working with Axis Referral, Then the Agent/Broker would have to pay the enrollment cost ($99 – $169 – $399) again in order to continue receiving referrals from Axis Referrals.
Money Back Guarantee: Agent/Broker can opt for their initial membership fee return within the first 6-8 Months of their affiliation with the program. Agent/Broker sends an email with the subject “Money Back Policy” stating their reason of opting out and send it to [email protected]
Agent/Broker should keep in mind that Axis Referral holds the right for any revenue generated by the referrals that were sent by Axis Referral to be disbursed in timely manner no matter if the agent/broker opts out of the program and the referral is still under the referral coverage period of 24Months, Axis Referral would be paid a referral fee as per the plan of the agent/broker.
Axis Referral will do thorough investigation on each lead provided by the company and may contact the leads to get a complete update and gather track record of the leads provided to the agent/broker before the return of the agent/broker(s) initial fee as per the Money Back Guarantee.
Axis Referral would take at least 30days to complete the process, after the request has been submitted.
Axis Referral will charge Subscriber a membership fee in order to provide the Service. Your membership fee is the amount you were charged for one term of your Subscription or Plan, not including any promotions or discounts that may have been applied (the “Membership Fee”). For this or other reasons, the Membership Fee might be different from the amount paid by another new or existing member who purchased the same services in the same market. You may check your account online or call our representative if you have any questions.
You acknowledge that Axis Referral reserves the right, at any time, to modify its Membership Fees and billing methods. Membership Fees may be paid in advance by credit card, debit card, or PayPal.
Lead(s) Fee OR Referral Fee
Subscriber agrees to pay Axis Referral a fee on every lead they accept which is referred to herein as ‘per-lead fee’ OR the ‘referral fee’ upon closing our lead, depending on the plan they choose and Fee type they select at the time of signing up, to pay us accordingly, whether that’s per lead or a referral fee on closing.
Payment and Disputes.
Subscriber will be charged Lead Fee on the fourteen (14) day of accepting lead by card on record with Axis Referral or may pay in advance by wire transfer or prepayment. If the Subscriber has a reasonable basis to delay or dispute any part of the lead fee or the signup fee, the Subscriber will notify Axis Referral in writing within three (3) calendar days from the due date. If the Subscriber does not notify Axis Referral in writing within three (3) calendar days, the Subscriber waives all rights to dispute. Axis Referral may delay billing, but in no event will a delay in that billing waive Axis Referral’s rights to payment.
Compensation is still due if there is a transfer Should the Subscriber transfer the lead(s) to another Subscriber, and should the other Subscriber enter into any transaction with the lead(s) during the Referral Coverage Period, the Subscriber shall pay Axis Referral the respective lead(s) fee as if the Subscriber had directly participated in the transaction.
No Automatic Renewal
If you have paid membership Plan, Axis Referral will not automatically renew your Plan for one year at the Membership Fee for the Plan using the credit card, debit card or other payment information on file with Axis Referral. If you choose automatic renewal then such renewal payment will take place on or about the anniversary date a.k.a your Renewal Date. Your Plan will continue, and your payment method will be charged the Membership Fee until you cancel the Plan.
Cancelling your Plan
This Agreement shall become effective on the signup date and will remain in effect until terminated by either Party pursuant to this section. Axis Referral or Subscriber may terminate this Agreement, with or without cause, at any time upon thirty (30) days prior to written or emailed notice of termination to the other party. Subscriber must fill out the cancellation form in its entirety and submit it to Axis Referral in order to process the cancellation and reconfirm it with a cancellation confirmation number.
No Impact by Third Parties
The Referral/Lead Fees owed to Axis Referral are not impacted, reduced, or waived due to any other referral, fee, commission, or other payment that the Subscriber may owe to any other third party based on a lead’s transaction.
Termination of this Agreement by either party shall have no impact on any compensation, credits or discounts, or other amounts owing or payable, or that are later earned as a result of a Lead Acceptance by Subscriber which occurred prior to the termination of this Agreement.
Membership Fee Refund Policy:
Automatic Renewal Refund—Regardless of when you joined Axis Referral, if your Plan automatically renews and you cancel your Plan within thirty (30) days after your Renewal Date, you may request a full refund of the Membership Fee.
Under no circumstances shall refunds exceed the amount you paid for your Membership Fee during the prior membership term.
If Axis Referral terminates your account for any reason and you are not in breach of this Agreement, Axis Referral will refund your Membership Fee on a pro rata basis from the date of such termination to the end of the then current term.
Members are not entitled to refunds of their Initial Membership Fee paid at the time of signup as it is a non-refundable fee.
Chargeback
All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and reported to the Subscriber, and subject to heavy fines and/or other legal action that could be made against the Subscriber. False claims of fraud can also have a direct effect on Subscriber credit rating. Subscribers must report all disputes within three (3) calendar days. If the Subscriber disputes a wrongful chargeback with their credit card issuer without notifying Axis Referral, then the Subscriber waives all rights to dispute and shall pay Axis Referral an “Administrative Fee” in the amount of $150 along with attorney cost and any additional collection cost/charges.
