Axis Referral is proud to connect consumers with trusted service providers, delivering a seamless and professional experience for all. To uphold this commitment, service providers agree to maintain the following standards while working with Axis Referral and its referred clients:

Be Respectful

Respect each other and each other’s property. If there’s a conflict, respectfully work together to resolve it.

Be Respectful

As a service provider, ensure that you’re providing good customer service and producing quality work at a fair price. As a consumer, be considerate of service providers’ time and money.

Present yourself in a professional manner. Communicate clearly and often and do your part to ensure each other’s comfort in every situation.

Honor your agreements and be honest about your expectations and limitations. As a service provider, be honest if a job is outside your skillset or licensing. As a consumer, be honest and upfront if something isn’t going as agreed upon or planned.

Answer calls, texts and emails in a timely manner. Show that you value each other’s time by being present and punctual for all appointments. Never leave someone wondering how to reach you or where you are.

Don’t discriminate based on race, national origin, social and economic class, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, political belief, religion, mental and physical ability, or any other factor. Axis Referral adheres to a strict zero-tolerance discrimination policy.

SERVICE PROVIDER PLEDGE OF HONOR

While Engaging with Consumers, I Commit to:
  1. Honor the rates and services identified in the leads I have claimed on Axis Referral’s platform.
  2. Respond as quickly as possible to consumer inquiries via email, phone, or text, and within Axis Referral’s Platform.
  3. Set clear expectations of my availability; and if I’m unavailable for any period lasting longer than one business day, I will notify the lead and Axis Referral.
  4. Notify Axis Referral immediately if the lead would like to work with a different company.
  5. Use and embrace the Axis Referral Platform.
While Communicating and Collaborating with Axis Referral, I Will:
  1. Respond as quickly as possible to Axis Referral representatives via email, phone, text, or directly through the Axis Referral platform.
  2. Provide Techception with updates every seven (7) days until I’ve successfully converted the lead into a client.
  3. Notify Axis Referral if I determine that the consumer has chosen not to proceed with my services, or if I believe they may be working with another provider.
  4. Be honest and transparent in all interactions with the consumer.
While Using the Axis Referral Platform I Will:
  1. Provide feedback and suggestions to Axis Referral representatives to help improve the platform.
  2. Complete surveys honestly and thoughtfully regarding services, experiences, and platform usability.
  3. Collaborate with my assigned Axis Referral Concierge to ensure my profile and activity remain current and accurate.
I Understand I Will Stop Receiving Leads If I:
  1. Charge additional or unfair fees to consumers that are not properly disclosed.
  2. Violate or fail to meet the obligations outlined in this Acknowledgement or the Agreement associated with Axis Referral.
